Love the product - not sure about the service

Starting out with Remy and Max was easy and stress free. When our order was delivered incorrectly I contact them and they were great - apologised, explained it was a packaging error. I get that mistakes happen. However Remy and Max have not backed up with resolving the mistake - they said it would be rectified last week - and yet 2 weeks later we are still waiting - with no explanation. Product is great - not sure about the service.
